How you do things is as important as what you do

Just one of many insightful passages from Jacqueline Novogratz’s memoir, The Blue Sweater: Bridging the gap between rich and poor in an interconnected world:

“For Dr Venkataswamy, how you did things was as important as what you did, and he believed that great strength and spiritual fulfilment can come from the divine nature of work done well.”
